Identity Management Specialist

The role involves designing and implementing identity management solutions with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing key SailPoint modules such as connectors, rules, lifecycle events, roles, SoD, certifications, and reports.
  • Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications is essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
  • Mentoring junior team members and collaborating effectively with stakeholders is also a priority.

Preferred Qualifications include:

  • SailPoint certifications (IIQ Engineer/Architect), exposure to IdentityNow, ITSM integration, Agile methodology, and Java certification.

Requirements include:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing identity management solutions, hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, strong Java programming skills, and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Nice to Have Skills include:

  • SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityIQ Architect), experience in integrating SailPoint with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Java certification, and exposure to Agile methodologies, as well as experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
