Job Title:

Solution Architect for Enterprise Identity and Access Management

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in IAM protocols, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and integration with JBoss SSO.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement secure IAM solutions leveraging Red Hat JBoss SSO (Keycloak).
  2. Configure and manage authentication mechanisms including SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, LDAP, and Kerberos.
  3. Integrate JBoss SSO with internal and external applications (web, mobile, cloud, APIs).
  4. Manage user federation, identity brokering, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  5. Collaborate with application teams to implement secure login, session management, and token-based authentication.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  7. Apply best practices for role-based access control (RBAC) and security compliance.
  8. Monitor, upgrade, and patch JBoss SSO environments to ensure stability and security.
  9. Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Red Hat JBoss SSO / Keycloak administration and configuration.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
  • Experience with LDAP/Active Directory integration.
  • Good understanding of Java/J2EE applications and middleware integration.
  • Knowledge of web application servers (JBoss EAP, Apache Tomcat, WildFly).
  • Familiarity with API security, token management, and JWT.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix environments, scripting, and automation tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Red Hat SSO clustering and high availability setups.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes) for SSO deployments.
  • Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS Cognito, Azure AD, GCP IAM).
  • Red Hat or IAM-related certifications (RHCA, RHCE, Keycloak certifications).
