Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day functions of Identity and Access Management. The primary goal is to ensure that user data is accurately aggregated and stored in Onecert, adhering to established processes without deviations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure periodic refreshment of user data to Onecert for effective IAM controls.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload user lists to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and follow defined escalation procedures for user list sourcing.
  • Respond to stakeholder requests for user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request modifications.
  • Collaborate with external teams for user list sourcing and application improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to IAM processes.
  • Support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA and Macros.
  • Fluency in English.
