Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced engineering professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in injectable water system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of WFI Purified water PSG systems.

  • The ideal candidate will adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and laid-down protocols in the water system area.
  • Responsibilities include routine equipment cleaning, disinfection, preparation-related activities, and documentation for same.
  • The role requires coordination with superiors and other related departments for smooth functioning of activities.
  • Maintenance of equipment, area, and daily records is essential.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for updating SOPs periodically as per requirement schedules.
  • Additional tasks or projects may be assigned by superiors.
  • Online entries in GMP documents like printouts, log-books, etc. must be completed as per Good Documentation Practice.
  • Cleaning and sanitization of the Water system area must be maintained.
  • Preparation, review, and submission of GMP documents like URS qualification, validation, study protocols, and reports are required.
  • Raising breakdown requests in SAP and informing concerned persons is also necessary.
  • Participation in inspections, internal and external, is expected.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in the field.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with GMP and GEP principles.
  • Knowledge and experience in injectable water systems.
  • Understanding of water systems and their operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, external contractors, and agencies.
  • Attention to detail for ensuring preventive maintenance, documentation, and inventory control.
  • Commitment to quality and compliance.
