We are looking for a Digital Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and managing workflow for ongoing and ad-hoc assignments. You will also monitor turn-around time, SLAs, and productivity to ensure that we deliver high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor SOPs against output quality to ensure they are updated at all times
  • Undertake quality control of completed work by reviewing outputs against pre-defined criteria
  • Work with the team to provide continuous insights on process techniques
  • Impart training, presentations, theoretical and practical tests, and handle queries of team members
  • Undertake ad-hoc research tasks as required
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
