Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchant Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and deepening our merchant acquiring portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  • You have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, including products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • You are a results-driven individual with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deepen our merchant acquiring portfolio, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MERCHANTS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, PROCESSORS, AND VENDORS.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of merchants, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to achieve business objectives.
