Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to take up the role of Assistant Manager in Noida, India.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience and possess strong reconciliation preparation and resolution skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and quality checking tasks performed by colleagues, managing exceptions, disputes, and queries, tracking aged items, and performing follow-ups with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and expertise in French Language.
  • Strong Experience in Oracle and ARIBA.
  • Ability to train and provide feedback to peers as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Hands on experience in Issue resolution and escalation management.

Essential Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience.
  • Strong reconciliation preparation and resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines to manage client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Review/QC tasks performed by colleagues.
  • Manage exceptions, disputes, and queries.
  • Track aged items & perform follow-ups with internal stakeholders & suppliers.
