We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Operations Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate multiple processes and tasks simultaneously
- Adapt quickly to different IT systems
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work unsocial hours, including evenings and Saturdays
- Stakeholder Management
- People-Resource Management
- Compiling and maintaining lists of on-call and key schedules and personnel
- Planning and prioritizing own work activities
