Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

The role of a Senior Operations Manager is to oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution and effective management of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Support:
  1. Monitor and report financial metrics (revenue, cost, margin) across organizational levels.
  2. Support invoice generation, dispatch, and reconciliation processes.
  3. Collaborate with finance teams for accurate billing and revenue tracking.
Reporting and Analysis:
  1. Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports.
  2. Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  3. Analyze trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
Software and Asset Management:
  1. Maintain records of software licenses and IT assets.
  2. Coordinate with IT for renewals, upgrades, and compliance checks.
  3. Support troubleshooting and inventory audits.
Ticketing System Oversight:
  1. Monitor the operations ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of requests.
  2. Prioritize tickets based on severity and service level agreement (SLA) commitments.
  3. Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Vendor Management:
  1. Evaluate vendors based on business needs and compliance standards.
  2. Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  3. Oversee the purchase order lifecycle from creation to accounts payable closure.
  4. Coordinate vendor offboarding, ensuring proper closure of contracts and system access.
Team Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with the manager, director of operations, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
  2. Provide support during audits, month-end, and quarter-end activities.
  3. Promote a data-driven culture by encouraging use of analytics tools across the team.
