Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
This is a critical role within the organization, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and effective coordination with employees and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
- Handle full & final settlements, reimbursements, and related transactions.
- Employee Data and Records
- Maintain attendance, leave, and salary data.
- Update and manage employee master database with accuracy.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Prepare and share payroll reports with management.
- Liaise with Finance and HR teams for statutory filings.
- Address employee payroll queries with clarity and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/HR/Finance or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
