Senior Payroll Manager

The role of Global Payroll Specialist encompasses managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various countries. This position requires a deep understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
This includes ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits to employees according to local regulations and company policies. Additionally, the Global Payroll Specialist will coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather payroll data, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
The Global Payroll Specialist is responsible for reviewing and verifying payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits to employees according to local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather payroll data, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
- Review and verify payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other statutory requirements to relevant authorities in each country.
- Maintain payroll records, documentation, and confidentiality of employee information in compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
