Job Description:

A seasoned Strategic Financial Leader is sought after to spearhead a team of analysts and drive business growth through data-driven insights. This role is perfect for an accomplished finance professional with exceptional leadership, transformation, and analytical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead and support a team of experts in delivering timely analytics packs that provide actionable recommendations.
  • To ensure high-quality service delivery as per defined SLAs with key stakeholders.
  • To drive FP&A transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying, automating, and optimizing planning & analysis tasks.
  • To collaborate closely with divisional finance teams to understand complex business dynamics and their financial implications.
  • To lead annual planning by working collaboratively with multiple key stakeholders.
  • To coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
  • To develop sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver in-depth financial analytics for informed decision-making.
  • To work with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
