Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Strategic Financial Planner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating tenders received from various design and execution teams, ensuring that they align with our project requirements. This includes assessing tender estimates and interacting with the design and execution teams to resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Evaluate tender estimates in accordance with budget provisions;
  • Collaborate with design and execution teams to assess tender requirements;
  • Finalize project concepts, detailed designs, and construction timelines;
  • Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with approved budgets;
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to resolve project-related issues;
  • Analyze cost variances and prepare change requests for approval;
  • Compile and maintain all relevant project reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when required;
  • Basic knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) software;
