Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive talent acquisition for our foreign university's campuses in India. This role will focus on hiring top-notch talent, leveraging a strong understanding of the education landscape and networks across institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social media, academic networks, and talent pools) to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring candidates experience professionalism and transparency at every stage.
  • Partner with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels, strengthening our employer brand in the education and EdTech sectors.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws, UGC guidelines, and organizational policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation.
  • Work closely with people managers and leadership to support the people agenda—fostering collaboration, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices to position us competitively in the talent market.
