**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Simulator Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our full flight simulators and associated training devices are in a state of readiness for training use.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with simulator maintenance, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain regulatory standards for all training devices.
  • Support technical management of simulator configurations, updates, and modifications.
  • Coordinate among Simulator Engineers and Technicians to ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance, qualification test guides, safety checks, flyouts, and daily readiness.
  • Plan and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities on simulators and training devices.
  • Maintain hardware and software configuration integrity of devices.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues across training devices.
  • Implement software and hardware updates/upgrades to maintain device currency and performance.
  • Identify, raise, and track spare part requirements.
  • Communicate with logistics, inventory, training, and quality teams.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in simulator maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
