InSolare Energy Ltd. is a pioneer in renewable energy with over 15 years of expertise. As part of our strategic expansion, we are strengthening our Wind Energy R&D vertical and seeking passionate professionals to lead innovation in turbine engineering, design, and manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance and structural analysis of wind turbine blades, including aerodynamic and fatigue simulations.
• Conduct testing for extreme load cases and ensure compliance with global certification standards (IEC/DNV).
• Define and manage blade manufacturing processes from layup to QA/QC and finishing.
• Support prototype development, testing, and installation, driving continuous process improvements.
• Design mechanical subsystems (hub bearings, pitch/yaw systems, drivetrain components) and integrate into nacelle assemblies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and supply chain partners to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.

Desired Skills & Tools

• Strong knowledge of wind turbine design, analysis, and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ANSYS, BLADED, HAWC2, Flex5, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo.
• Experience in composite materials, lean practices, machining, drivetrain dynamics.
• Familiarity with certification standards (IEC/DNV).

General Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in wind turbine engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with global OEMs such as Vestas, Suzlon, Siemens Gamesa, Inox, Envision, or Senvion is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
