Job Description:
">We are seeking an experienced techno-functional consultant to support customization and production support for our core banking system.
]Main Responsibilities:
]- Support various modules of our core banking system.
- Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
- Strong understanding of the configuration and functionalities of our core banking system. Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
- Capable of troubleshooting APIs and extensions within our core banking system.
- Manage end-of-day and beginning-of-day operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
- Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.]
Required Skills:
]- 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of universal banking base and banking domain processes.
- Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury)
- Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
- Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
- Knowledge on Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
