Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-9 years of experience in HCM modules, including Payroll, Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage subject matter expertise to design and implement comprehensive HCM solutions.
- Mapped functional requirements to HCM modules and identified fit/gaps, providing configuration recommendations.
- Configured Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs and documented application setups.
- Troubleshooted and resolved functional issues within HCM modules.
- Delivered client demos of HCM applications, tailoring presentations to highlight value and address client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Prolific HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources.
- Served as a subject matter expert guiding clients through HCM module design and implementation.
- Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience working with diverse teams.
