We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Onboarding (ONB) 2.0.

Primary Skills/Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Strong experience with Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding 2.0 (hands-on configuration a must)
  • Good knowledge of Employee Central and Recruiting Management (integration touchpoints)
  • Prior experience in upgrade/migration projects (1.0 → 2.0) highly preferred.
  • Ability to run workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and client presentations
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0
