About the Role:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and approval processes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
