Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sourcing professionals to drive direct client acquisitions and expand the broker/channel partner network across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with project sales goals.
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to drive target achievement through structured planning.
  • Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects.
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline by engaging with investor circles, high net worth individuals, and direct client sources.
  • Track quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team.
  • Collaborate with on-site Sales teams to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures.
  • Establish strong referral networks and partnerships with wealth managers, corporates, and local influencers.
  • Act as a lead generator for the on-site sales team by driving qualified walk-ins and site visits.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners, corporate partners firms, and independent brokers.
  • Conduct CP onboarding sessions and share project briefings, commercials, and marketing materials.
  • Strengthen relationships with intermediaries and local brokers to ensure repeat site footfall and closures.
  • Regularly engage with the channel partner network through broker meets, events, site visits, and incentive programs.
  • Track and evaluate channel partner performance, resolve partner queries, and drive continued engagement.
  • Maintain a live tracker of sourced clients and channel partners onboarded, along with conversion metrics.
  • Share daily/weekly updates with the leadership team on sourcing pipeline, channel partner activity, and conversion ratios, and closures.
  • Monitor competition channel activity and share market insights.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and campaign inputs
  • Ensure real-time updates are shared with the channel partners regarding pricing, inventory, and offers
