Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with accounting software, particularly Tally ERP, along with a solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations in the real estate industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements and records.
  • Handling taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance.
  • Assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects.
  • Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Supporting management with MIS reports and other financial data as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university.
  • Additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
