This key position plays a pivotal role in driving our mission of delivering excellent education to every child by leading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region.

- Build Relationships: Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Support Growth: Engage parents through initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Negotiate Partnerships: Finalize agreements that align with our goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
- Monitor Progress: Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.

Ideal Experience Profile :
- 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing the deal.
- Ready to travel across the given Territory / Zone
