Senior Navigation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Navigation Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge autonomous vehicle systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, sensor fusion, and navigation algorithms, with hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing solutions for safe and efficient operation of autonomous vehicles in complex environments.

  • Extensive experience with Navigation Path Planning, Motion Planning, Sensor fusion, SLAM algorithm techniques
  • Proficiency in working with LiDAR, camera, radar, and IMU sensors
  • Hands-on experience with Auto ware and ROS2
  • Familiarity with Machine/Deep learning frameworks
  • Experience with real-time systems and embedded software development
  • Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced navigation algorithms, including path planning, localization, and mapping.
  • Develop and optimize motion planning systems for dynamic obstacle avoidance and trajectory generation.
  • Integrate semantic understanding of environments into navigation systems for enhanced decision-making.
  • Conduct simulations and real-world tests to validate navigation algorithms under various conditions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (perception, control, hardware) to ensure system-level integration.
