Job Title: Data Management and Vehicle Registration Executive

">Job Description:
  • Manage data entry, ensure accuracy, and integrity of sales-related information in the data management system (DMS).
  • Implement and enforce standardized data entry procedures and protocols for the sales team.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports, track performance, lead status, inventory, and key metrics.
  • Streamline the car sales process from lead management to deal closing using the DMS.
RTO Operations:
  • Manage end-to-end vehicle registration process for all new and used car sales.
  • Handle RTO-related paperwork, including forms, challans, and tax payments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies, state, and central transport regulations.
  • Act as primary point of contact for RTO-related queries or issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in a car dealership environment with strong understanding of DMS and vehicle registration processes.
  • Strong proficiency in using and generating reports from DMS software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Document analysis and update of dealership records.
  • Technical support during testing and deployment of DMS updates and enhancements.
  • Quality control measures for accurate and efficient data processing.
  • Efficient communication with colleagues and stakeholders regarding RTO operations and DMS usage.
