Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle specifications and features to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Evaluate customer needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable vehicles, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Test Drives and Demonstrations: Accompany clients on test drives, highlighting key vehicle features and benefits.
  • Sales Goals and Performance: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, showcasing your ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with diverse customers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Anticipate and address customer concerns, while maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record: Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record, essential for representing our brand on the road.
  • Previous Sales Experience: While previous sales experience is desirable, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong potential for success.
