- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive, electronics, or manufacturing industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
