  • Develop content, academic operations, and communication strategy.
  • Drive marketing campaigns (performance ads, influencer collaborations, viral social media).
  • Be the face of the brand – develop a camera-friendly presence for videos and storytelling.
  • Contribute to business strategy, fundraising, and scaling operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Tech Co-Founders to align product, growth, and vision.
  • Bring innovative ideas to position the brand on a global stage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Leadership and team management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of business development and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the digital agency space is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
