Job Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced professional to support our founder and key teams in a dynamic role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.This position involves managing daily customer inquiries via various channels, maintaining a brand calendar, coordinating with freelancers, updating inventory, and sharing weekly reports on customers and key updates.Key Responsibilities include:
  • Manage daily customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram within 24 hours
  • Maintain a brand calendar for sales, launches, and shoots
  • Coordinate with freelancers (editors, photographers, UGC creators)
  • Update inventory, assist with website uploads
  • Manage influencer/brand collaborations and follow-ups
  • Share weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, operations, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Able to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
  • Experience in fashion, jewellery, or e-commerce is beneficial
