
Indirect Sales Business Development Manager

As a key player in our Indirect Applied Equipment team, you will be responsible for expanding our sales network through Channel Partners and Distributors in East India. Your mission is to drive high growth aligned with our strategy in EMEA markets by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and enabling Channel Partners to sell our exclusive chillers product line.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with Distributor Design and Project Teams to lead opportunities from start to finish.
- Achieve annual revenue and margin targets for Channel and Distributor Sales in defined East India markets.
- Identify and engage sub-dealers of Distributors to cover wider markets and meet sales targets.
- BUILD strong relationships with Architects, PMC, System Integrators, design Consultants, and other stakeholders to position JCI products as the best choice.
- Develop market information, prices, volumes, competitor actions, and propose growth action plans for each channel in the territory.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of VRF and Chiller systems, HVAC system design knowledge, and experience working with Channel business KPIs, operations, and fulfillment. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, presentation skills, and a flair for building relationships and farming sales approaches.
