About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned software development manager to lead our team in designing and implementing scalable, high-quality software solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing complex technical solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans and implement scalable software solutions.
  • Design and develop complex technical solutions using AWS, Laravel, React, and React Native (or similar frameworks).
  • Maintain and implement features while conducting regular code reviews to ensure best practices and high coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges, identify risks, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of trends in web and mobile technologies, particularly in Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior developer with a strong portfolio of shipped web and mobile apps.
  • Deep knowledge of web development principles and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and backend development using Laravel.
  • Expertise in React for web development and React Native for mobile app development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Passion for creating scalable, high-quality software.
