Job Description

At Salesforce, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations function, you will play a critical role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the recruitment process.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, with experience in Google Apps, Excel, and Workday. They will be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Recruitment Operations Queue, ensuring that cases are resolved and closed appropriately and satisfactorily.
  • Provide excellent customer service to client groups, including candidates, employees, legal, background vendors, hiring managers, ESBPs, and recruiting coordinators.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Execute Background Investigation processes for candidates and employees.
  • Partner with internal compliance teams, external government agencies, and vendors to support employees throughout the process.
  • Manage Recruitment Audits, adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the hiring process.
  • Recognize opportunities for process improvements and develop recommendations for change.
  • Partner closely with Business Technology (BT) and HR Technology teams to perform system testing for enhancements/updates.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment operations performance.
