We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore office. This is an amazing opportunity to work with the Eloqua and Salesforce platforms, and we would love to speak with you if you have the necessary skills and drive for excellence.
The Senior Marketing Operations Analyst will act as an administrator for Eloqua and is responsible for managing the integration of the marketing automation platform (Eloqua) with up to three CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure seamless data flow between the systems and proactively researching and developing processes in line within an ever-changing marketing ecosystem. This is a dynamic position that requires a critical-thinking multi-tasker to liaise with marketing, sales, and business operations to keep the platforms running efficiently and effectively.
About You
A bachelor's degree holder from any domain. Has minimum 2 years of enterprise-level experience with a marketing automation platform, ideally Eloqua, but others are also considerable. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, including experience with data management and integration between CRM and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and recognize downstream impact. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.It would be great if you also had:

Maintain the technical backend of the platform to ensure connections and integrations with up to three CRMs are correctly configured and functioning properly. Understand the assets within the platform such as campaigns, programs, emails, landing pages, forms, segments, contact/data objects to be able to troubleshoot issues that arise. Ensure proper data hygiene is in place with new and existing contacts. Assist with the development, testing, implementation, and documentation of contact programs and processes within production and sandbox environments. Work within the company's project management platforms to ensure assigned tasks are completed and recorded in a timely manner. Manage the allocation of licenses and use of sales enablement tools like Profiler Help manage contacts within the database, purging unmarketable contacts on a monthly basis.About the Team
We are a team of three specialist, highly trained Eloqua experts who are integral to ensuring the wider marketing teams are able to run their campaigns, developing and maintaining email, landing page, and form templates, ensuring the synchronization of the marketing automation platform and the CRMs, and provide extensive support of all these efforts where needed. Reporting to a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, the wider team reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations.
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 11:00pm IST (including an hour break)
