About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own the paid media budget - making strategic decisions to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
