Job Title: Digital Healthcare Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Healthcare Marketing Strategist with expertise in healthcare marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms, focusing on patient engagement and brand visibility.
  • Drive patient leads, appointments, and conversions for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, doctors, or telehealth) through data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to the healthcare industry, leveraging expertise in SEO and automation tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and prepare actionable reports to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels to improve conversion rates, ensuring seamless user experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop engaging ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines and branding.
  • Maintain awareness of and comply with evolving healthcare advertising regulations (Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions, HIPAA/GDPR).
  • Develop and implement remarketing & retargeting strategies to re-engage potential patients and maximize ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO fundamentals, and automation tools.
  • Proven track record of lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of healthcare patient journey and compliance norms.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
