Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for Salesforce and integrated applications. This individual will create and maintain Selenium WebDriver scripts with Java or Python for complex test flows not covered by low-code CRT.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of web automation concepts, including XPath, CSS selectors, waits, and dynamic elements. They will also create and manage custom scripts in QWords for reusable, modular, and scalable test automation.

This role involves building and managing reusable test components, test data sets, and libraries in CRT. The candidate will perform live testing, including UI recording, debugging, and test flow optimization. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS testing initiatives.

The successful candidate will integrate Selenium-based tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure compatibility with CRT frameworks. They will conduct API testing and validate backend services and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation experience in a Salesforce environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing, preferably version 3 or higher.
  • 3+ years of strong experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing scripts in QWords.
  • Proficiency in live testing, UI recording, and debugging test flows.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing tools and techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based testing environments.
