Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our Amazon advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven strategies to drive success across multiple marketplaces and deliver high-performing ad campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Amazon PPC strategies, ensuring optimal campaign performance
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and keyword research to inform campaign decisions
  • Create, manage, and monitor ad campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI)
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
  • Stay up-to-date on Amazon Advertising policies, beta features, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated track record of improving ROAS, ACoS, CTRs, and conversions
  • Strong understanding of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms
  • Experience working across UK, US, and European Amazon marketplaces
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
