Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing impactful campaigns that drive results.

This position offers excellent exposure to international markets, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

You will be hands-on in creating proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns. Your primary focus will be on planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, airlines, and lifestyle brands to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Build Compelling Proposals: Create persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track Destination Trends: Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Analyze Results: Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage Communication: Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Skillset: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • AI Tools: Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.

Success Metrics:

  • Deliver Live Campaigns: Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Build Proposal Library: Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish Monthly Memo: Publish a monthly "Destination & Trends" memo for the Alliances team.
