
Area Development Representative

- Meet sales and development targets by effectively implementing area sales and development plans.
- Develop sales forecasts for all categories based on trends, analyzing Nielsen and internal data from various markets.
- Define allocation of sales targets to different territories in consultation with the Manager Sales, considering calendar inputs, market growth, and category growth.
- Plan and achieve distribution expansion as per plan, ensuring stocks and logistics planning for the area.
- Ensure distributor claims are settled in time through proper scrutiny and on-field verification.
- Implement sales strategy to achieve targets through analysis of Nielsen and internal data of various markets.
- Execute and track distribution expansion by class of towns, type of OLs, and category as per plan, taking corrective action wherever required.
- Build trust and relationships with modern trade and companies by providing clarity and solutions to any issues raised within a reasonable timeframe.
