Job Title

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Fundraising professional to lead our Donor Relations and Corporate Fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to build deep and long-term engagements with Major Donors.
  • Conduct prospect research and identify new partnerships, engaging with donors to understand their interests, concerns, and talents aligning with opportunities at IIT Bombay.
  • Prepare donor narratives and fund utilization reports for stakeholders.
  • Showcase IIT Bombay leadership in science and technology, eliciting partnership from donors.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and co-create new avenues for donations.
  • Analyze trends, data, and information to create avenues and navigate fund-raise opportunities.

Desired Experience/Competencies:

  • 8-14 years' experience in building and growing relationships for growth/development.
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills.
  • Association with philanthropy and fund raising is a plus.
  • Experience of managing small teams preferred.
