Job Description
The Customer Success Manager will contribute to meaningful projects, work closely with senior leadership, and gain experience in high-velocity growth teams. Key responsibilities include working directly with customers, resolving issues, driving revenue, and owning key metrics.
Salary and Location
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year. You will be required to operate in the US time zone, which is equivalent to 6:00 pm IST to 4:00 am IST from Pune Location.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have a B.Tech/BE/MBA/PGDM degree, 3-5 years of experience in account management or a fast-paced SaaS product startup environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis is also essential.
