Project Coordination Specialist

You will be the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met. This involves overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive project coordination framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a project coordination framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Manage multiple projects from design to procurement and construction stages, ensuring timely completion within budget and schedule while meeting stakeholder needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinate teamwork among project stakeholders, working collaboratively with SMEs and keeping them updated on project status.
  • Monitor the performance of the design and project management/site delivery team in delegated responsibilities.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and partners throughout project completion.
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Detailed-oriented with a process-driven approach and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination in the building construction industry.
  • Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Excellent team management and stakeholder-facing experience.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
