**Role Overview:**

You will be responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with high-net-worth clients, identifying their financial and investment needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those requirements.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's profile, demographics, and psychographics to deliver personalized services.
  • Establish trust and build strong relationships through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, product offerings, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and requests.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Grow existing relationships by upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop customized solutions.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking or insurance, with a proven track record of success in relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity.
