
High Net Worth Relationship Manager

**Role Overview:**
You will be responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with high-net-worth clients, identifying their financial and investment needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's profile, demographics, and psychographics to deliver personalized services.
- Establish trust and build strong relationships through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, product offerings, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and requests.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Acquire new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Grow existing relationships by upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop customized solutions.
**Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking or insurance, with a proven track record of success in relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity.
