Job Title: Relationship Banking Specialist

 

At our institution, we pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with high net worth customers. As a Relationship Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring, growing, and deepening these customer relationships through effective relationship management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and achieve defined sales targets.
  • Build and deepen relationships with existing wealth customers to increase share of wallet and revenues.
  • Provide professional customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage key performance indicators at the highest level.
  • Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics, psychographics, and assets held within our institution and elsewhere.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate.
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking or insurance.
  • Experience in managing client books is essential.
