Technical Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our technical direction and drive the development of a high-leverage product at the intersection of social community and stock-market portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the technical plan and delivery of a lean, testable MVP for Android + iOS that proves core product behavior within the first 30 days.
  • Development, deployment, and iteration on features, moving from manual portfolio upload to read-only brokerage connect (secure) and live feed.
  • Architecture of a serverless-first backend that can scale, and ownership of all infrastructure and releases.
  • Leadership of a small engineering team as the product scales.
  • Implementation of monitoring, Sentry/observability, automated tests, and shipping cadence.
  • Closely collaboration with founder(s) on product strategy, growth, and GTM.
  • Establishment of engineering culture: code quality, reviews, standards, and rapid delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Treatment of product & engineering as the same thing, designing, building, testing, shipping, measuring, and repeating.
  • Hands-on experience in building and launching full-stack mobile apps (Android & iOS) end-to-end, not just UI.
  • Ability to code and orchestrate infra, auth, payments, API integrations, real-time feeds, and secure broker/connect flows.
  • Ruthlessness about speed, quality, and simplicity, fixing problems instead of writing excuses.
  • Founder-readiness, recruiting engineers, owning hiring, setting tech direction, and representing the product externally.
  • Availability to work in India or overlap IST hours and attend occasional in-person meetings if required.
