Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking a Lead Software Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complex software solutions in Python and React, utilizing standard concepts and principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Create high-level and low-level designs for given functional requirements as marketable features or use cases.
- Mentor junior members in technical skills, methodology, and product knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with technology of the primary product.
- Implement best coding practices.
- Assist colleagues with design reviews, code reviews, implementation, and information about existing implementations.
- Be an expert in one or more modules of the product.
- Have a good understanding of core modules of secondary products.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 2 years' experience; or equivalent experience.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Mentoring and coaching.
- Intercultural skills.
- Ability to work with global teams at different time zones.
