Business Solutions Specialist

Capture and analyze client requirements, drive product implementation, and deliver exceptional results. As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will leverage your analytical mind and strong communication skills to document and configure business solutions.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner with high energy, able to work independently or in groups, and possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping analyze client data for effective decision-making
  • Capturing and understanding client requirements, mapping them to product solutions
  • Documenting requirements that may require further configurations
  • Communicating with clients on meeting agendas, minutes, system demos, and inquiries
  • Taking client calls on issues and inquiries, navigating to closure
  • Testing system functionality, reporting issues, and driving completion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in software product implementation and using implementation and delivery services software and tools
  • Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a plus
