Job Description

As a Sales and Consultation Specialist, you will be responsible for building genuine rapport with customers, understanding their jewelry preferences and requirements. You will conduct detailed consultations to recommend suitable jewelry designs that align with the customer's style and requirement.

  • Craft compelling sales pitches that showcase luxury products, emphasizing quality, design, and value.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Guide customers through the ordering process and collaborate with the order processing team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Retail or a related field. A background in fashion or design is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
