Business Analyst Role

About the Position:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-led decision-making by analyzing sales, inventory, and customer behavior to enhance product, pricing, and store strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key retail KPIs, enabling real-time performance visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to translate insights into business impact.
  • Present strategic recommendations to leadership, influencing growth initiatives and operational decisions.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or data roles in a fast-paced D2C, e-commerce, or consumer tech environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong command of SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc).
  • Ability to understand core business drivers and translate data into strategic decisions.
  • Strong analytical storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively.
  • Self-starter with high ownership, detail orientation, and a bias for action.
