Job Title: Memory Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Memory Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full custom memory design and architectures, including characterization, layout design, net-listers, and SRAM design verification at the compiler level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality memory architectures and layouts for advanced nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm)
  • Work on memory leaf cell GDS from scratch to top-level integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize physical verification flow debug, including DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, IR
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Caliber Physical Verification Flow
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in memory design and architecture
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in full custom memory design and architectures
  • Hands-on experience with SRAM design verification at the compiler level
  • Expertise in working with FinFET architecture and challenges such as variability and manufacturability
  • Ability to create detailed and optimized physical layouts for memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits using tools like Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler
